Home Inspector Pre-licensing Class
This course is designed for the student who has already taken thirty-two hours of on-site classroom training by an approved provider in observing and identifying defects in structural, roofing, insulation and ventilation, exterior and interior, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical, and fireplace and solid burning systems; as required by MD law.
Each day includes six hours of technical training followed by a one hour optional internet marketing workshop.

This course has been approved by the Maryland Licensing Commission and exceeds the requirements of the MD state licensing law.
It is being offered at the Arlington Campus on six consecutive days (Mon. - Sat.) in May.
Each day includes eight and a half hours of technical training followed by an optional half-hour internet marketing workshop.
