In our twelve day training courses, there are three dry-run home inspections. The first inspection will be a typical home with common, fairly simple systems. During this dry-run, we will concentrate on the process of the home inspection - what to inspect and how to inspect it. The second and third dry-run inspections will be different
houses and the class will go into greater detail and be challenged to do the home inspection more on their own.
Each future home inspector will inspect these houses and their systems as well as walk through typical questions asked by the purchaser, seller and Realtor. You will fill out a Building Analysis Report as you go through the home, and then review it with the course instructor after the home inspection.
